Shipping
Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
Please note our carriers (except Canada Post) do not deliver to PO Boxes.
We offer flat rate of $4.99 for BC and $9.99 for all other provinces within Canada and if your order is 85$ or more before tax and other charges then it will be free delivery. For some areas exceptions may apply where carrier do not offer services. In those cases there are always other reasonable options available for delivery at checkout.
For countries other then Canada, the rates and estimated number of days for delivery will be available at checkout.
We ship packages to Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand and Germany.
Packages are usually shipped the same day. Delivery times will vary depending on how and where it's being shipped to. It could take as little as 2 days or more than a week.

Orders & Returns
Browse to find the products you'd like purchase, then choose any options if available, and click the 'Add to Cart' button. Then you may go to the checkout page, enter your information and click the 'Place Order' button. Once completed, we will receive your order and send it to the specified address.
If you would like to cancel or change your order, you may send an email to info@shopritesmokeshop.ca and include your order number along with your name and email address. Then tell us any questions or issues you may have and we'll reply as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been shipped, we will email you the tracking number so that you will be able to see the progress of delivery.
If you received your order and it was damaged or something wrong with it, please email us at info@shopritesmokeshop.ca along with your order number, name and email address, telling us why you would like to return it. We will then provide you with any necessary instructions.
