What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Free Shipping is available for any orders with a subtotal of $85 or more. In addition, you may also choose from Flat Rate shipping, XPress Post, Priority, or Regular Parcel.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes. We ship packages to Canada, United States, Australia, New Zealand, Finland, France, Germany, Netherlands, and the United Kingdom.

How Long Will it Take to Get My Package?

Packages are usually shipped the same day. Delivery times will vary depending how where it's being shipped to. It could take as little as 2 days or more than a week.

Orders & Returns

How Do I Place an Order?

Browse to find the products you'd like purchase, then choose any options if available, and click the 'Add to Cart' button. Then you may go to the checkout page, enter your information and click the 'Place Order' button. Once completed, we will receive your order and send it to the specified address.

How Do I Cancel or Change My Order?

If you would like to cancel or change your order, you may send an email to info@shopritesmokeshop.ca and include your order number along with your name and email address. Then tell us any questions or issues you may have and we'll reply as quickly as possible.

Do I Need an Account to Place an Order?

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will email you the tracking number so that you will be able to see the progress of delivery. 

How Can I Return a Product?

If you received your order and it was damaged or something wrong with it, please email us at info@shopritesmokeshop.ca along with your order number, name and email address, telling us why you would like to return it. We will then provide you with any necessary instructions.
