At Shoprite Smoke Shop, all orders are packed with immense care in a professional way to avoid the chances of any sort of damage to the product and avoid any inconvenience in shipping.

Please understand that if you choose any options of delivery which is cheaper in price and don't give you the option of tracking, then we will not be able to give you any tracking details later on as per the shipping company's policies.
Our Orders are shipped by CANADA POST unless otherwise specified by the customer. Returning orders are shipped only at the cost of the customer’s request. You have to be 19 years or of legal age in the area or state you reside, to be able to shop online at our website. Some items will be subject to age verification, if you failed to do so then the product will come back to us and we will charge you for both ways shipping fee.
Damaged or Broken Products
If the customer receives the product and it is damaged or broken, then it must be reported to us within 48 hours of reception of the product. If reported after 48 hours of reception of the goods/products, return requested by the customer will not be accepted. Refused orders by customers are subject to freight charges and a restocking fee of 15%. We will not accept returns of any consumed or used products. Also please wrap it properly as we sent you, so that item should not get damaged on the way back.
